When people do stupid things, it's normal to honk, right? I honk whenever someone does something stupid. I was driving back from an ice cream place with my siblings and TWICE did people make a left turn without looking, causing me to hit the brakes (thank you BMW for having such grabby brakes!) I honked both times and my little sister thinks I'm an aggressive driver.
She's 11.

I've honked for years at stuff like this and let me tell you, since you axed, you're always the bad guy for honking. I've actually given up since last year and I feel much better.

It is my understanding that honking should only be done to say, "Watch out!" and avoid an accident. It should not be used as a surrogate for screaming at somebody.

I do it too, to get people to notice what they're doing to prevent accidents. But for no other reason. Though half the time I'm more concerned with maintaining control of my own vehicle while avoiding some dumbass that I forget to hit the horn.

My horns were borked for a couple months and it pissed me off that I couldn't alert people to their stupidity. Then I got some Hellas and now all is right in the world.

You can't fix stupid. All the horn will get you is a finger in return. Not worth it.
